Jennifer is an experienced survey research professional with more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of data collection design and management.

Jennifer is an associate project director for the Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey (MCBS), a national, in-person, longitudinal survey of Medicare beneficiaries. In this role she oversees data collection and interviewer training. She has managed implementation of a wide range of innovations, including the shift to multimode data collection, introduction of physical measures data collection, and novel approaches to respondent outreach and mailings. Jennifer also has extensive experience in questionnaire development and testing, data collection systems management, and data cleaning and delivery.

Over more than 10 years at NORC, Jennifer has worked on a variety of health care and public health projects, specializing in multimode data collection (field, telephone, web, and mail) and surveys of hard-to-reach populations. For these projects, she has helped develop and streamline questionnaire testing, data quality monitoring, and data delivery procedures. Prior projects have included the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health across the U.S. (REACH U.S.) Risk Factor Survey, the National Immunization Survey (NIS), the First 5 LA Family Survey, the American Health Values survey, and the New York City Housing Authority Mayor’s Action Plan Resident Survey.
