Becky specializes in leading complex analyses, conducting feasibility studies, and optimizing data processing.

Becky is a Senior Data Scientist in NORC's Health Care Programs department. She has over 20 years of research and analytics experience, covering a wide range of analytic techniques and research methodologies. She specializes in providing technical leadership, defining research agendas, developing data structures and data management protocols, and conducting in-depth analytic investigations on both substantive and methodological topics. Becky is well-versed in managing complex data collection operations across multiple modes, spanning small- and large-scale telephone, web, in-person, mail-based, and multimode projects conducted for the federal government, private foundations, and other clients.

Becky currently focuses on methodological research, operational innovations, and analytics for several projects including the Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey (MCBS), a national, longitudinal survey of Medicare beneficiaries. She previously managed a variety of survey projects related to public opinion and public policy within The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, Research, most recently focusing on aging and retirement, long-term care, legal needs, and election polling. She also worked in an analytic capacity on the National Immunization Surveys (NIS).

Prior to joining NORC, Becky managed data collection, data cleaning, and data processing efforts in survey research roles at Harvard University's Office of Instructional Research and Evaluation, the Center for Survey Research at UMass Boston, and Zagat Survey.
